Note 2) Spouse/Guest/Children are invited to attend the daily breakfast buffet and two receptions and buffet dinners. Spouse/Guest/Children MAY NOT attend the sessions, workshops or lunches.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • From the initial registration and up to August 31, a fee of $75.00 will be charged.
  • On September 1, 2016, 50 percent of the total registration fee will be charged.
  • There will be no refunds for cancellations on January 1, 2017, and after.
  • There will be no refunds for no-shows.
  • Registrants who do not cancel according to these guidelines above forfeit all registration fees. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days following the meeting.

NOTE: Any name change made to a registration 14 days prior to arrival is subject to a $25 administrative fee.
